1) Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of areafair.com (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2) Nature of Service

areafair.com is a listing/registry portal where professionals create and manage their own profiles. areafair.com does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice, and does not practice medicine or law. Interactions are strictly between users and listed professionals.

3) Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Information you provide must be accurate and updated promptly when it changes.

4) Professional Accounts & Verification

• Professionals may be asked to submit identification and credential documents for verification.
• Verification is best-effort and limited to document checks at the time of review. areafair.com does not warrant ongoing validity of licenses/registrations.
• We may label profiles (e.g., “verified on [date]”) and may suspend or remove profiles that are unverifiable, misleading, or non-compliant.

5) User Content & License

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• You grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Platform.
• You represent that you have necessary rights/permissions, including consent for any images or testimonials.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) break the law or others’ rights; (b) post or solicit unlawful, harmful, hateful, pornographic, or deceptive content; (c) post medical/legal advice purporting to be from areafair.com; (d) impersonate others; (e) scrape, spam, or attempt to bypass security; (f) upload malware; (g) misrepresent credentials or outcomes; (h) publish personal data of others without consent. We may remove or restrict content/accounts at our discretion.

7) Reviews & Feedback

If reviews/ratings are allowed, you agree to post truthful, experience-based opinions. We may moderate or remove reviews that violate these Terms.

8) Fees & Payments

If paid features are introduced, pricing and refund terms will be displayed at purchase. Government taxes/levies may apply. Until then, basic access may be free.

9) Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to third-party sites/services. areafair.com is not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

10) Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. No doctor–patient or lawyer–client relationship is created by using the Platform.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Non profit organization Rajathan Muslim Samaj and its officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Platform shall not exceed INR 1,000.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Non profit organization Rajathan Muslim Samaj from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

13) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or applicable law, or at our discretion to protect users, professionals, or the Platform.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties may mutually agree to arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (seat: Mumbai, Maharashtra; language: English).
