Content Policy & Takedown SLA

A. What’s Not Allowed

• Illegal content; incitement to violence; terrorism; threats; hate speech; harassment or bullying.
• Pornographic/sexually explicit content; sexualization of minors.
• Doxxing, invasion of privacy, or disclosure of others’ personal data without consent.
• Medical/legal misinformation likely to cause harm; dangerous or “miracle-cure” claims.
• Impersonation, misrepresentation of credentials, or fraudulent listings.
• Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to bypass security.

B. Reporting Channels

C. Service Levels (targets)

• Acknowledge: within 24 hours of receipt.
• Initial review: within 72 hours (faster for imminent-harm or child-safety cases).
• Resolution: within 15 days (remove/disable content, request clarifications, or decline with reasons).
• Emergency cases: content may be disabled immediately while assessed.
• Government/legal orders: complied with as required by Indian law.

D. Actions We May Take

Label, down-rank, restrict visibility, temporarily disable, or remove content/accounts. Repeat or egregious violations may lead to permanent bans.

E. Appeals

You may appeal takedowns or account actions by replying to the decision email within 30 days. We aim to review appeals within 15 days.
